1. Introduction

Welcome to Repitio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Repitio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to the Repitio website, platform, and all content, services, and products available at or through repitio.ai.
"User" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
"Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TekCloud Ltd., the owner of Repitio (pending trademark).

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to access educational content, test banks, and practice materials. The content on our Service is provided for general information and educational purposes only.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Repitio offers test banks available for purchase with time-limited access. Each purchase grants you access to the specific test bank for the defined period indicated on the test bank's details page.

5.1 Access Period

When you purchase access to a test bank, you are granted a limited license to access and use that test bank for a specific number of days as indicated on the test bank's details page. This access period begins immediately upon successful purchase and expires automatically at the end of the specified term.

Each test bank has its own access period, typically ranging from 90 to 180 days depending on the specific test bank. The exact duration is clearly displayed on each test bank's details page before purchase. Once the access period expires, you will no longer be able to access the test bank or its associated study materials unless you purchase access again.

5.2 Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller LemonSqueezy.com. LemonSqueezy.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that no more than 25% of the questions in the test bank have been attempted. Refunds will not be issued if these limits are exceeded.

The system tracks and displays the percentage of questions you have attempted for each test bank on your "My Test Banks" page. This allows you to monitor your usage and eligibility for refunds at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TekCloud Ltd. and its licensors. Repitio is a pending trademark of TekCloud Ltd. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TekCloud Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
